1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on the Music API platform are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription plan is purchased and activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Why No Refunds?
As a digital API service, access to our platform is granted immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital services:
- API access and rate limits are activated instantly after payment
- The service is consumed in real-time and cannot be "returned"
- Server resources are allocated for your subscription period
3. Free Tier Available
We offer a free tier with limited daily requests so you can evaluate our API before committing to a paid plan. We strongly recommend testing the API on the free plan to ensure it meets your requirements before purchasing a subscription.
4. Plan Changes
- You may upgrade your plan at any time. The difference in price will be charged accordingly.
- You may downgrade your plan, but no refund or credit will be issued for the remaining period of the higher plan.
- Upon plan expiry, your account will automatically revert to the free tier.
5. Service Disruptions
In the unlikely event of a prolonged service outage caused by us (exceeding 72 consecutive hours), we may, at our sole discretion, extend your subscription period to compensate for the downtime. This does not constitute a refund or credit.
6. Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted but the subscription is not activated due to a technical error, please contact our support team with your transaction details. We will verify the payment and activate your subscription or work with PayU to reverse the transaction.
7. Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing concerns.
